antenatal yoga recommendation

I'm 14 weeks and hoping to go to an antenatal yoga class, preferably in the west end or city centre - anyone recommend one? It's been a while since I went to yoga regularly to antenatal beginners would be good!

I don't know of a particular class as I'm outwith Glasgow however look at the Scottish Yoga Teachers website for listings. I maintained yoga thru both pgs and really felt the benefit. I continued with a regular class but with common sense and a few alternative position suggestions from the teacher. Find a small class and good teacher if you dont find an antenatal specific one. Best of luck

I went to Gerry Kielty's classes, he's fantastic. He didn't run the antenatal classes though but the woman who did was really good, I'd recommend it.

I also went to the classes at Balance and would recommend them! They also do a mother & baby postnatal class but I never made it along and suspect almost 6 months later might not be ideal!

I went to the classes at Balance too. They are taken by a lovely lady called Maureen. I found them really useful, even though I was a complete yoga novice.

Haven't made it along to the post-natal class yet either!!
