I used to before my baby was born. It was good but the teacher does talk. A lot! And not always to the people in the pool. And she overruns a lot too. However, I would go as it is very relaxing and you meet people.

I went a few times at the end of my 2nd pregnancy, and found it quite useful and relaxing though I wish they'd offered aquanatal a bit closer to home.
