Hi there

Thinking of trying cranial osteopathy for ds's colic. Can anyone recommend someone in the Glasgow area experienced in treating babies?

yep, give me a sec.

AitchTwoZone · 30/04/2010 10:05

www.glasgowonline.co.uk/info/26368/

phone and ask for a cancellation or you won't get in for a month, she's that popular. bit of a marmitey personality but i like her v much. she was recommended to me by the bfc at the qm, she absolutely specialises in babies.

PacificDogwood · 30/04/2010 10:20

Oh my, I don't believe it, I was going to post the exact same question today - thanks, Aitch!
Might help constantly screaming DS4, I hope....

AitchTwoZone · 30/04/2010 10:51

phone today, pd, cos you won't get an appointment for aaages.

PacificDogwood · 30/04/2010 10:55

I've just tried, got answering machine, but I'll keep at it.
Congrats on 'new' Roundup job, btw!

Should I be scared!!!

OP posts:
geordieminx · 30/04/2010 20:27

Mowse... I deleted your post off my facebook wall, its not really a problem, most people know who I am on here, but I didnt want 150+ searching my name on here for my posts.

Hope J settles for you soon.

PDW - Was really impressed with nursery, C seems to have taken to it... just as well, as he has only had 3 days to settle in

Oh this is the place in Hamilton btw

PacificDogwood · 30/04/2010 20:51

Thanks, geordie, I'll give them a try too as I did not hear back fron Tracy Naddell.

Did you have any luck, mowse?

Don't worry, I will not stalk you much

mowse · 02/05/2010 23:09

Geordie - hadn't even occurred to me that anyone else could see it! Am proving to be as bad as my mother when it comes to IT! Glad you are more savvy than me.

No reply from osteopath so far. J a bit more settled thankfully but may go for it anyway.

geordieminx · 03/05/2010 05:31

no worries, i have a couple of alter egos for the dodgy stuff

Although i have often wondered how many people actually lurk on a thread at any one given time...

Glad j is a bit more settled!

giraffesCANdriveAcar · 03/05/2010 07:38

I was coming on here to reccomend Tracy someone as know an ex employer who had an amazing result with her....turns out its likely the same person you have all posted about!

Its funny because I had no idea wee boy I looked after was going and twice here were occasions when I said he seemed really different and it turned out that on those days he had seen Tracy in the mornings.

PacificDogwood · 05/05/2010 11:35

mowse, if you are still watching this, just thought I'd let you know I got through to Tracey Naddell yesterday. Appointment was given for mid June but they then phoned and offered me a cancellation. So we are actually going this afternoon !

mowse · 09/05/2010 16:47

Thanks pacific. Got appt for mid-june too but decided to give Hamilton clinic a go. Went on Friday and was quite impressed. I think J was almost more cranky afterwards but will now happily lie on his back and is much more settled today. How did you get on with Tracey Naddell?

OP posts:
PacificDogwood · 09/05/2010 17:09

Hi, mowse, good to hear about the place in Hamilton.

Tracy impressed me with her knowledge of anatomy and she was v confident in handling DS4. He Did Not Like It, and he is not 'fixed' - unrealistic expectations, moi??

I am planning on going back next week though.

I had no idea what Aitch ment re her being 'Marmitey', but now I know . She called DS4 "pudding" a lot, LOL!
