Pls, HELP - we need GOOD childminder in Cambridge

Please please, could someone recommend a good childminder in Cambridge (south/Cherry Hinton area)? We are struggling to find a childminder who could look after a 4y old after school and ideally after his 1.5y old brother as well from the beginning of September. We are reluctant to do this without any good personal recommendations.

I know that finding a nanny in the Cherry Hinton area is really difficult at the moment, everyone is full and there's huge demand for spaces from everything I hear from other parents.

I hope you find something soon, I'll be looking for after school in a year and am quite worried about whether we'll find something.

Arg, didn't mean to say finding a nanny, meant finding a childminder, sorry.

Sorry to be discouraging, but when we were looking for a childminder for dd in the same kind of area the nearest lady with vacancies was in Chesterton. There really is a dreadful shortage in Cambridge at the moment.
