I am horrified to find out that the soft play area in queens park has been removed - apparently due to a complaint that has been upheld by health and safety. I have just written to land services asking for an explaination and to enquire whether we can expect new facilities etc. or whether we the users can explore what could be put in the space.
It is imperative that as many people as possible let the deparment know how upset they are at the removal of this vital communtiy facility, so please, please email them:

am also in the process of setting up a facebook page etc and will let people know when it is up and running - again another way to register unhappiness.
