Playgroup in Stockbridge

Hi, after moving back to Edinburgh after 15 years away I am looking for a wee playgroup to take my nearly 5 month old to in the Stockbridge area. Any recommendations v welcome. Thanks.

Hello... There's one at St Stephen's Church on Mondays and Fridays at 10am until 11.30ish. Costs £2.50 including snack & coffee; there's a baby area and a separate area where the older ones can zoom about.

Hello JBird (Is there a JBoy? If so I think might know you...)

The St Stephen's playgroup on Mon and Fri is excellent. Btw, there are two St Stephen's Churches in Stockbirdge. The Monday/Friday playgroup is in the one at the bottom of Howe Street. The other one is by Comely bank and I think there's a playgroup there on a Thurday morning but I've not been to it.

Hi, can I just ask something else about the Inverleith one, the Thursday one (I hate the arriving for the first time stuff) - is it something you are expected to sort of register for, and go every week, or can you just turn up? Thank you.
