Nursery recommendations

I'm looking for nursery recommendations. We live in the Liberton area but would consider Fairmilehead and Colinton as well. Likewise, any to avoid would be useful!

I've heard good things about Bright Horizons Nursery at Morton Mains Farmhouse just off Frogston Road and I also have friends that use Chapter One nurseries in Gilmerton and on Kirk Brae.

If you go towards town from Liberton there is Strawberry Hill Nursery on Minto Street.
I've not heard of any to avoid - maybe others will know more.....

Cowgate under 5s on the High Street is fab but has a very long waiting list

Have also heard good things about the Bright Horizons nursery, my dd goes to Cranley in Craiglockhart Avenue and I also have friends whose dc's are/were at Cranley in Buckstone and Colinton and all three highly rated...

Thanks for recommendations. Been to see Bright Horizons and Cranley at Buckstone. Both seemed nice.
