Hi,
I'd like to consider myself a yummy mummy too My son is 3 months old, so a little younger than your daughter, but we live in Hampton and would be keen to find other Hampton mummys and babies!

1974joanne · 12/04/2010 17:14

Do you want to meet up soon? Hampton Hill library has a baby sing a long thing on the first saturday of the month and we could slide into costa coffee if its too awful??

Are there no other Hampton mummys out there?

Do you mean Tiny Teddies, i've heard it is meant to be good, but hadnt realised it was for such young babies! Unfortunately I am not free 1st May!

Hi, I am a Hampton mummy, my DS is 1 month tomorrow so we are still very new at this and would love to meet other mummys and their dd/ds.

Lolly74 · 24/04/2010 20:43

Maybe we should arrnage a costa coffee meet up?

Ellie987 · 24/04/2010 20:56

That would be great, I can't meet this monday but pretty much any other time is fine with me.

Lolly74 · 27/04/2010 21:19

Ellie987 - Nice to put a face to a name if you still fancy going for a coffee sometime let me know! See you next Tues!

Ellie987 · 28/04/2010 14:50

Lolly74- Yea it was so nice to finally meet some other mums! Would definately be up for coffee, have also found another mum on netmums who is up for a meet up as well.

Lolly74 · 28/04/2010 23:55

I find netmums better, particularly as you dont have to pay to send/receive PM's!
I have met a few people on netmums & would be nice to arrange a small meetup or find a playgroup we can all go to or picnics in the park once summer stays!

1974joanne · 29/04/2010 09:49

Any chance of a weekend meet up as I work full time?

Ellie987 · 29/04/2010 15:15

Yea netmums is much better! I have arranged to meet another mum on Thursday next week at 11.30 in costa coffee on the high street if you fancy it? Bigger meet-ups would be really good I have yet to brave a playgroup would be nice to go with some other mums!Where can I find you on netmums to save having to use this site? I am Ellie D (26).

1974Joanne- I'm happy to do a weekend meet up

Lolly74 · 02/05/2010 21:50

1974Joanne - weekends are good for me too!

Ellie987 - will look for you!

1974joanne · 05/05/2010 11:39

OP posts:
1974joanne · 05/05/2010 11:45

ps. I cant find Netmums???? I just get directed back to mumsnet. I thought they had merged??

OP posts:
Lolly74 · 05/05/2010 23:35

You'd think there'd be some more Hampton mums!! Must be tricky working full time, particularly as most of the playgroups are midweek, but the library events look good! I go back to work in 2 months time, will be quite a shock for me and baby!

Netmums is a bit easier to use, see link...

Going back to week will be easy.....so much less tiring than being at home. And you get to talk to adults with no hint of childbirth horror stories or sore boob remedies.
Let me know when you are free to meet up on a weekend....in the meantime I shall investigate netmums.....

I have investigated and I joined the richmond one....have put a sad little message like a Norma no mates.

Soooooooo bored at work today....zzzzzzz

OP posts:
Ellie987 · 11/05/2010 10:49

What do you do? What is your name on netmums that way we can find you and talk on there, it is a lot easier. Hope work was more interesting today!

1974joanne · 12/05/2010 16:22

Its Joanne N(134) on Netmums...Work is still unexciting again today. The only exciting bit was a walk down to Costa in Hampton hill high street..which isnt really a high st.
I work in telecommunications which is probably one of the most unexciting things as i am a bit of a bimbo when it comes to techy stuff.

Jenbob12 · 13/10/2010 11:08

Hi yummy mummies!

Are any of you looking for babysitters?

I have just set up a website for parents to find local babysitters in Twickenham and the surrounding areas (Hampton being one of them). Its free to use!
