Hove/Brighton nurseries

Cross-posted from nurseries section as someone suggested I should try here too.

Wondering if anyone has recommendations in Hove area(and Brighton) of a good nursery for a baby who will start age 1 this Summer.

Would love to hear from someone who has a child there at the moment and is happy with the care they are getting.
Just starting on the hunt and any suggestions gratefully received

Blueberry on Davigdor Road near Seven Dials is lovely and normally has shocking waiting lists though I have noticed they've been advertising recently so you may be lucky. DS (now 6) went there from 2-4. I really can't fault it. Fantastic quality care, very low staff turnover, they never employ students and it has a very friendly, homely atmosphere.

Thank you very much - am now thinking about Blueberry when my son is old enough!
Until then, does anyone know about Early Years Childcare - particularly the one in Hove on Dyke Road?
Thank you!

My DS (15 mo) is at Pumpkin Patch after a not great experience at Early Years in Preston Park. Nothing wrong in particular, he just didn't settle, but he loves PP, the keyworkers in the baby room are fab, and there's a branh in Hove too.

my dcs have been to playcare on windlesham road - I really like it.

I know someone whose children went to Early Years on Dyke Road, and they liked it.

I have heard good things about the nusery opp. St Anne's wells too.

And of course have heard marvellous things about blueberry. Nightmare to get into though and I would have thought you wouldn't now if your ds's name isn't already down. My ds2's name was down on the list since he was in utero! We didn't get a place. (he is now 23 mo).
