Yoga Co's birth prep classes

I just wondered if anyone had any experience with Sophie Carr's birth preparation classes in York? We're going to one on Sunday, bit unsure what to expect!

hello, she is brilliant. i went to her yoga class weekly for 3rd child and her tips for birthing positions and relaxation are great.

hi, did not go to birth prep classes, but wentto her weekly yoga and was very helpful.

I did her weekly yoga class and also the breathing techniques one and found them brilliant. I was very sceptical of the whole yoga breathing thing, but when it came to it I found myself throwing the gas and air away and using the yoga breathing to get through contractions.
