hi there, if you don't mind travelling a little the Macbeth Centre in Hammersmith do classes on Mondays at 5.30. they are in the middle of a session at the moment but i've signed up for the April one. can't remember the cost but it was alot cheaper than other classes.

I know you posted a while back, but if you haven't found anywhere yet I went to Amy at Ice Fitness when I was pregnant. She is lovely and it was great - small classes etc. As far as I can remember you can just sign up for 6 sessions, its not a course which a lot of them can be. She's about five minutes from Wandsworth Town station (just off East Hill).

Hi there, The No More Mummy Tummy Masterclass is a unique workshop that runs on Saturday morning in Chelsea & Sunday morning in Battersea. It's a one-off session, with an optional follow-up a month later. It's a totally unique concept that combines pilates, yoga, functional core & restorative work used by physio & specialist exercise professionals... & much more! It will alleviate back ache & show you how to get flat post-baby tummy at the same time!

Do come by the website & get in touch if you'd like to know more!

I have been to the Pilates practice on st Johns hill - it's more clapham junction but not far from W'worth; v small group (3 or 4 at most) lessons available all day- not cheap at £30 a go but one a week would make a massive difference because they really really work you and you get almost individual attention.

I believe the Aspire centre on the Merton Road do pilates classes.
