Hi

Do any of you meet up in York? Im always on the lookout for anything to do with my DD who's 2.

Is anyone up for arranging a meet-up in York at some point?

When is everyone free to meet up? We could arrange a coffee/lunch in town if you like?

Hi there. I've only just come across this 'local' section of mumsnet but I would like to come along to a meet up. I work a Tue-Fri but could take a day off as long as I have some notice. I have an 8 month old DD.

We could arrange something in July/August. I'm not working so any day is good for me. Since Monday is your day off Rugbylovingmum, and it seems to fit in with some others from earlier posts, maybe we could go for a Monday? Any suggestions for where? The Spurriergate Centre is quite a nice child friendly cafe.

Hello, I?m sorry I haven?t posted for a while, everything has been a bit manic these last few weeks. I am going on holiday at the end of the week, but before I go I am going to spend Friday afternoon at the museum gardens. If anyone would like to join me there that would be lovely. I have blonde shoulder length hair (with a fringe) and my 16 month old little boy also has blond hair. I will get there about 2.00 and stick near to the abbey. If it rains I will go to the Spurriergate Centre. Sorry this is short notice, perhaps a proper meet up could be arranged for August (would anyone like to suggest a day or week)?

Hi there, just noticed this post and would love to meet some mummys. I have a 6 month old and I have just moved to the area... Driffield, East yorkshire. York is quite far for me but I have a car, and don't mind travelling. I have joined my local childrens centre and not had much luck meeting other mums! Would really enjoy meeting other mums. Shall I suggest a date? 2nd august? Thats a monday ? Any others have any ideas?

Hi blossomx, I'm free on Monday if you wanted to meet up for lunch or maybe cakes at the Spurriergate centre and then let the LOs play in the museum gardens if the weather is nice.
