Hello. I have a 3 bedroom mid terrace cottage on newtown road in New Denham, off oxford road. Walking distance from Uxbridge town center and 5 mins from A40 in the car. We are currently renting but looking for somebody to take over our tenancy. We currently pay £900 a month and the landlord was looking for similar amount for the new tenant. It is an old building and will be re-decorated before the new tenants move in and we are having the carpets cleaned.
Downstairs consists of 2 reception rooms, hallway, kitchen and family bathroom. Upstairs has 2 double bedrooms and one very small room (more suitable as a nursery or study - we use for storage at the moment). There is also storage under the stairs and a large loft. On the landing upstairs there is space for more cupboards - we currently have a double wardrobe and a filing cabinet.
