Hi, I have a 14mth old boy who really needs a hair cut! I was hoping that someone could recommend a toddler friendly hairdresser in Cambridge or Milton. Thanks.

I would just go to that barbers in Milton and ask if I were you. My DH used to get his haircut when he worked there and I don't think it was expensive? Or have you tried there?
Also my friend got her daughters hair cut somewhere in Histon, she said it was cheap and good, I can ask if that would be convenient?

I am aware of the 3 or 4 hairdressers in Milton, but I was hoping that someone could suggest a hairdresser that they have brought a toddler to. Although I am sure that most hairdressers will have a go cutting his hair they may not actually be experienced with dealing with a very small toddler who needs to be distracted just to brush his hair!

Unfortunately I can't get to Histon easily, but thanks for the thought.

I realise this will be too late but the 80s-tastic Jane Seymour hairdressing on Chesterton High Street worked great for my DD. We'd used Wacky Hair Company on Chesterton Rd before but they didn't manage much more than a vague snip as she bobs about a bit, and their prices kept going up.

The lady at Jane Seymour managed a decent cut through a post-nap tantrum and a really good good cut the next time we went when DD was in co-operative mood.

Having said that, we live in Milton now so if you used one of the salons and found it good, let me know as she's due another cut desperately now,

Hi Mooki, I took him to The Time Room Salon in Milton last week, she did a pretty good job considering all of his wriggling. As he is under 2 yrs it cost £5.

I will go back he he needs another cut.
