Party entertainers?

Can anyone recommend an interesting party idea or entertainer/provider for either 6 year old boys and girls or 8 year old girls?

Depends on your budget really - I know Build a Bear, which has branches in Covent Garden and Hamleys, is massive at the moment. I also used Magicalquests.com who were fantastic - they created a Wizard of Oz party for my daughter (6 at the time) which went down a storm.
