Wanted: childminder/nanny Lingfield

hi - we're moving to Lingfield mid-Feb and we're looking for someone to look after our 3 year old son and 2 year old daughter while I am at work 9-6, either at their house or ours. Initially just Tuesdays then from Sep to do pick-ups from Lingfield primary school and pre-school nursery Tue-Thurs.
Any advice and tips on who's good and how to find them.
Also - what's the local reputation of Lingfield Nursery School? All seems ok from our visit!
