The Plymouth University Baby Lab is always in need of babies an children up to the age of 10 to take part in studies looking at language and social development. It's a fun and fascinating way to learn more about your child, and we reward all our participants with a cute Baby Scientist t-shirt to say thankyou!
Our research helps us to understand developmental disorders such as autism and specific language impairments, as well as teaching us about typical development, and the only way for us to learn more is with the help of local parents and children.
You can find out more about the research we do, and sign up to our participant database (no obligation, it just means we may contact you when we have a suitable study for your child) at our website.
All our studies are fun and child-friendly, and you can stay with your child throughout. We have ethical clearance for all our studies, and our data is secure and confidential; we don't pass on any of your details to anyone.
