Short Let Streatham Hill

We are about to embark on some building work at home which will mean moving out for 12 weeks - does anyone know or have experience of a short let property not too far from Streatham Hill station that doesn't cost the earth???

I'm looking for a flat in the area and have seen on rightmove that morgan randall do short term lets in the area. They dont seem to charge much more than for long term lets.

Did you have any luck finding something minimoon? We are about to be in the same situation and having trouble finding a place to sublet... Not sure where to look even, though I will try Sarabeth's suggestions now. If you have any words of wisdom, let me know!
