The MEND Programme (Mind, Exercise, Nutrition, Do It!) is a free, fun programme for kids aged 7 to 13 years old to become fitter, healthier and happier.

Leeds Trinity University College in Horsforth is running the MEND programme from the 25th January and we're looking for families to take part!

MEND is a 10 week programme consisting of attending twice a week (Monday and Wednesday 4-6pm) for two hours.
Highlights include weekly games and activities; fun, interactive discussions that will teach you easy, effective ways to improve your child's behaviour and self-confidence; and practical demonstrations, games and tips about healthy foods.

The programme is FREE but we will need to assess whether your child qualifies based on age, weight and health.

For more information call the MEND team on 0113 283 7100 (ext 351), visit www.mendprogramme.org or email [email protected].

Thanks!
