Does anyone have any recommendations for exercise classes/clubs in Oxford?

I found that I did a hell of a lot of walking when DD was born, right up until she was 8 months or so, then she was less interested in sitting in the pram for long periods. I wouldn't worry about classes to start with, you'll have quite enough on your plate without trying to go to the gym as well, just pop your baby in the pram and get walking, it's good for both of you to get some fresh air.

I'm due with my first in April and am about to start 'Antenatal Active Yoga birth classes' there are two sessions - Monday afternoon in Summertown and then Monday evening in Marston. You can buy a block of 8 classes for about £67.00, or less if you prefer. My midwife said they were fantastic before and after the birth. I can send you the details if you like.

Hello Marthmay
yes please could you tell me more about this class. It sounds exactly what I'm looking for. Thank you very much. Marston is close to me so would be very handy.

Hi KateOxford,

I'm so sorry I've been away and didn't see this post until today. The best way to find out about the class is to call the instructor Kay Millar. Her number is: 01865 554743.
Good Luck!
