Has anybody done the Active birthing course at the natural health centre? If so was it worth doing? DH and I are looking at it as an addition to parent craft and an alternative to the NCT course.

Don't know if this is too late for you, but have a look at www.birthwise.net, I and lots of my "mum" friends have done their courses or partner classes and I found it really helpful in labour.
