anywhere i can donate baby toys?

we are moving in a couple of weeks' time and have inherited or been given so many baby toys that we don't know what to do with them all.

i think there is some hygeine issue about giving fabric ones to charity shops so i wondered if anyone on here knows somewhere i can donate them as it would too much of a shame to just bin them. i just can't face moving them though as they won't get used and we don't have the room.

if anyone has any ideas please let me know, or if anyone wants any!

how about putting them on freecycle?

i know! we suddenly decided to move to a temporary rented place round the corner from the wreck we have bought. cheaper rent and away from shouty students but it does mean i need to get my backside into gear and get packing!

i thought about freecycle but would rather try and donate to a "good" cause first, i just don't know of any though!
