Hermitage day nursery, Morningside

Does anyone have experience of this nursery, both positives and negatives. My baby daughter has been going there for a day and a half over a couple of weeks. She has been ill recently and so her solid eating has not been good so at the moment she is largely on milk. Today she was left to go 5 hours without food or milk, I'm so incensed. I have left copies of her routine with the nursery nurses but so far they are not being adhered to. We receive a daily update in a diary and more often than not details and structure for the day is not written down consistently.

Today my daughter came home in tears as she was so exhausted, she slept a while then downed 210ml formula in 3 mins.

How can u get the girls to be more rigorous and how can I insure thst she's properly fed?

Hi - I would go and speak to the manager - do they have a keyworker system ? A lot of nurseries do so you can build up a relationship with one person. I would be upset if my child had gone 5 hours with out anything - are you sure of this ? If they don't record consistently maybe she was offered but didn't want ? - but they should still record this .
