hi, just had my baby on sunday and already struggling with breastfeeding. midwife today has suggested i get an electric breastpump, i said i thought they were quite expensive and she said they were cheap - having looked online i don't call £80 cheap!!

if anyone is selling one please let me know.

for anyone about to have a baby and worrying about horror stories about the county - the staff were brilliant, really kind and attentive and the care we received both on labour ward and maternity ward was fantastic - i didn't want to come home!

cheers, rachelx

Are you still looking? I've got an old-style Medela you could have. I'll check if it's working first though!

Congratulations! Hope all is well with you and the LO.

If you're still in need of a breast pump reply on here as I have a nearly new avent one that you could have.

I had DS 5 months ago at the county and like you had fantastic care!

I have a medula you can have if you want...I no longer have a need for it

hi everyone

thanks for your replies. i in fact bought one a week or so after i posted. made no damn difference, just made me feel even more irritated so i jacked it in and flogged it on ebay. oh well, an expensive experiment but thanks to you all for your reponses!

cheers, rachel

didn't think much of mine either - waste of money imo!
