DaddyCleaning began when a hospital cleaning manager from one of London's green flag hospitals had a baby. He realised that having been in hospital cleaning for 6 years he was eager to explore different aspects of the industry, and so DaddyCleaning was born.

After finding you on Mumsnet, I did use Isaac for the last few months. My name is Helen and I live in Whetstone.

However, I had an email from him 3 weeks ago, saying that due to his siter in law being ill, he had childcare problems, and couldn't come clean for several weeks, and was then on holiday.

I emailed and left a message with him, saying I was sympathetic, no problem, and to take him up on his offer of finding a replacement. However I did want my keys back in the meantime as they were the spare set.

Since then, I have heard nothing and he still holds my house keys. I have left about 6 messages on the mobile and have emailed asking for him to drop the keys through the letterbox at least - but never a reply or answer.

So I am now frankly concerned as my house keys are floating around the neighbourhood and I am probably going to have to change the locks.

I am also really surprised he is ignoring all my contacts, if he didn't want to clean for my anymore, all he had to do was tell me.

So given that is seems you are the one organising the business, can you please get him to return the keys and let's draw a line under this.
