Good nursery in Exeter

I am returning to work after being on mat leave with DD3. Due to various mix ups I have just ended up extending til Jan - which I know is late notice to find a place.

She does have a place at one nursery but I am not altogether happy with it and am considering finding another. Can anyone recommend one? Ideally want one without mounds of 17 year olds doing their NVQs, but appreciate that might be a tall order.

Thank you.

Try ringing DISC - they are really helpful and will send a list of nurseries in your area etc, details here. Have no experience myself as due in Nov, but KiddiCaru on Exeter Business Park, Little Ones Whipton and the RD& E nurseries are all OFSTED outstanding according to my initial read-around. HTH.

My daughter attends Munchkins and I am more than happy with it

I'd avoid Munchkins. My daughter has had no end of problems there- thank God for the web cam system which allowed us to see soem of these unfortunate events. Manager tries to resolve things but doesn't want to upset staff. Deputy manager is more than useless unfortunately

Shame as there ARE some good staff members there.Howeber there are lots of yound, silly girls there and I personaly feel the place is an accident waiting to happen, especially with the younger children.

Good louck findign somewhere for your little one

Does anyone have any experience of Pip-kins nursery, Barnfield Hill? Am thinking of starting my 2 year old there in the summer
