We have two children, a girl aged 1 and boy aged 3, and I work 4 days a week Monday-Thursday. We currently share our lovely nanny with another family who have a 1 year old boy.
Our nanny looks after the three children in our house together for all 4 days. Our son goes to nursery every morning during school terms, and our nanny takes the little ones to play groups or activities.
Unfortunately the other family need to end the nanny share and so we are looking for another family to share with. We have all the equipment for another child to share with, including double buggy, high chairs etc and we have a big house with plenty of space for children to play!
We have had the same nanny for three years and find nanny sharing works really well.

We're happy to consider a share for 3 or 4 days a week starting in one months time.
