Breakfast/Brunch in Leicestershire

We want to take my mother out for a nice breakfast/brunch ideally in the country somewhere around Leicester on a Sunday. Does anybody know of anywhere?

where abouts in Leicester (shire) are you thinking?

you could go out to wistow with a lovely tea room (also maze if have children that need entertaining), and can go for a short or long walk as well.

has a lovely farm shop and some other little shops as well.

or try the pub in the village of houghton on the hill cant remember the name but its the one in the village rather than the main road.

We are south west, so that side ideally - Blaby, Lutterworth, Market Bosworth etc, but will travel half hour or so in any direction (eg Loughborough, Market Harborough)
