I am just about to start IVF, and would like to find a recommended complementary therapist in the Bristol area to try to maximise my chances of conceiving. Thanks!

what sort of therapist? And whereabouts?

Acupuncturist and massage - ideally north or central Bristol. Thanks!

The Natural Health Clinic in Cotham (just off whiteladies road) has the best reputation around and is the longest established with extremely experienced practitioners! They have all therapies there.

Freddie at Sneyd Park Osteopaths does exactly this kind of things. Two of my friends have used her.

The Chiron Centre in Westbury on Trym is fantastic, they also have a fab reflexologist who specialises in fertility/pregnancy and babies.

Hi Frona,

Have you looked at www.borntogether.org ? There are loads of therapists listed on there.

Good luck with your treatment

I've had good massage at Enso on Gloucester Road who I would recommend, ask for the aromotherapy massage and let her know your situation. She is pretty experienced so am sure it will help. Good luck with it!
