If anyone could help or has any ideas, I would be very grateful.
I am very fortunate to have my MIL look after my two boys on a MOnday and Tuesday and up until last month, they attended a nursery on Wednesday. It was all going fine until my son turned 3 in May and they moved him up to the pre school, away from his key worker and friends he had made. He was really daunted by the size and scale of the pre school and was often inconsoleable when he came back. It was so awful that I pulled him out and have been relying on the kindness of friends and family as well as the odd days 'working from home' to cover this. However, I really need to find an alternative. Almost all my friends with babies have two children so no use in asking them, so just wondered whether there was any one out there that needed a nanny share or indeed would consider looking after children for one day a week.
