cleaner reccommendation for Cheadle?

I've been thinking for a while that getting in a cleaner may be a good way to go since I went back to work full time in March.I would love to hear of any recommendations or tips. I don't think I could afford it more than once a month. I've never had a cleaner before so don't really no what the standard rates are or what to look for! Thanks
