Anyone got a recommendation for Hypnobirth?

Hi All,

1st baby due early October and am interested in having hypnotherapy to (hopefully) keep me calm during the birth...does anyone have a recommendation in the Portsmouth area? Lots of options but I would rather go with someone that has successfully used this method before. Thanks
