Where have all the summer school dresses gone...HELP!

Can't seem to find any now. Must be the recent heat wave, I guess.

I'm looking for mid-blue gingham school dress in size 5-6 I'd prefer cotton.

Has anyone seen any?? I've checked M&S and Sainsburys and Asda...nothing.

Matalan? Tesco? Adams?

haven't tried tescos, do they do school uniform too?

I looked at matalan a while ago but thought the fabric was awful (polyester/viscose)

Have they got to be new? Only worth checking out all the school fetes, there were loads for sale at DDs at the weekend & all in VGC!

Tesco's definitely do sell uniform.The quality of their pinafores was good,haven't tried anything else yet.

BHS is quite good too,and Debenhams.

Tescos in Colchester (Highwoods) have quite a bit of mid Blue in at the moment,as well as the seperates ie. skirt and top in gingham.

When do you need them for - I have some navy check ones that after next week we won't need anymore - actually I have 5-6 and 7-8 I think and lots of grey and navy uniforms - due to switch in schools during year 2.

Would be happy for you to have a root through and take what you want.

Madame - thank you for the offer. I managed to get 2 new (Asda) check dresses on ebay for £4.00 which I was v pleased about.

I have bought a few bits of grey uniform in 5-6 for the coming winter but perhaps need a few more bits. Dd's new uniform is grey/midblue polo and royal blue cardigan. What bits of grey do you have?

Er will have a look - will dig all they grey out and if you are willing to pick up you can have it.
