tiffs in the kings road farncombe has a couple of good colourists now

and one of the partners used to work at enzorosarios in godalming, which is a good salon (but much more expensive)

Really? I didn't know so thanks for that. There's a new one opened just round the corner from it but I can't remember what it's called so can't look it up!

i go to tiffs, but i am biased cos i know both the partners in the business

the newest colourist there is v good, she used to work for one in godalming but i cant remember what one it was

no scullys is just off the high street i think, not the one right by enzos on church street

don't know if you are still looking, but I used to go to Hair Studio in Long Gore, Farncombe. It was run by a brother and sister and they were cheap, and really good. But this was about 5 years ago, don't know if they are still there.
