Can anyone recommend a catering company in Brighton area?

Hi, we are getting our baby christened later in the year and want to get a catering company to supply a buffet lunch. Have never used any before and there seems to be loads of local ones on the internet but haven't got a clue which one to try!! Any recommendations would be really appreciated! Thanks

I think Le Gourmet at Seven Dials do party catering. Haven't used their catering service, but their salads are delish and they do fab pastries.

Or you could just get a good Indian restaurant to deliver vats of curry (sorry, that may just be one of my foodie fantasies speaking!)
