I live in Norwich, had my 2nd DC 4 months ago and I really want to start getting fit and lose some weight.
I want to go running or even fast walking but I would like someone to go with.
I must just point out, this may be more walking than running, I am totally crap at running and very unfit but I really want to improve. I was thinking evenings, some daytimes, probably running around the park?
