I just need to vent my anger....
I have been into this shop 3 times. After my second visit, when admittedly I did have 2 children with me, I swore never to go in again. However, they are the only local stockists of a make of shoe I really love, so I went in today. I had DS who was on his best behaviour and within the 2 minutes I was in there the lady who works in there managed to be as rude as she is every time. Is it that hard to smile? She hid behind her little desk and grunted a 'can I help you?' and I explained what i was after and she just gave me the most stupid fake smile.
Every time I have been in there she has had the most awful customer service and I cannot understand how she is still operating.
