Thaxted/Dunmow area - babysitter recommendations anyone?

Thats about it. Just moved into area and would like to find reliable, trustworthy babysitter for regular slot so DH and I can claw back a bit of a life together.

DS is 14mo and dead to the world after 7.30pm so its an easy stint.
