I know Sitting Pretty Babysitters. I have recommended them to several of my clients who have been really happy with them. Have used them myself. How did you find them? I love the fact that the babysitter does the ironing. Worth their weight in gold!

Have you tried the sitting pretty babysitters? Are they any good? I am about to try them out but the booking fee of £5.50 per booking seems to me a bit high on top of £7 ph for babysitter.
Can you recommend a babysitter? Can you chose a babysitter? How does the agency work?

Hi just seen this thread as I was thinking of registering with sitting pretty babysitters as a babysitter. I'm a British Childcare/First aid qualified babysitter based in North Finchley currently working independently as a babysitter in most North London areas. Perfectly happy to come for a meet before I babysit if you want the children to meet me or if not I always bring my qualifications with me before hand and a referre can be contacted. I am comfortable with pets.

My qualifications:

CACHE Level 3 Diploma in Childcare and Education (Grade A)

Level 2 Certificate in First Aid for Those Caring for Children (up to date)

ASET Diploma in Child Psychology

References: Can provide excellent written childcare related references (two of which are from teachers working at schools in North Finchley) and someone I currently babysit for can be contacted.

Fees: £7 p/h (£7.50 if it is less than 3 hours)
