Anyone for Power Pramming??

Hi there, I've been power pramming in Bedford for six months. I never thought I'd take to it but I can now run a mile with my little one in the pushchair! It's all free, and a beginners course starts at the end of this month, anyone interested???

Mm possibly!! Not sure if I can a mile tho!! Not yet anyway. Where do you go for this? Is it the park near robinson pool?

yes it is on Weds mornings at 10.30. Or on fri's by the Embankment near Eat Fish at 2.30. There's a beginners course starting 29th April at Bedford Park and 1st May on the embankment. I'm gonna do it again as I'm still VERY slow! Come and join us - it's fun and free!

I would also advocate this. When I moved to Bedford it was a great way for me to meet people as well as have a run. My littl'un loved going round the park in his pushchair and 'playing' with similar aged kiddlies in the cafe afterwards whilst I enjoyed a coffee and teacake. I WILL start going again.....just struggle with having two of them both needing naps to fit it into the schedule.
Don't worry if you've 'missed' the first session of the beginners 'course', just turn up and join in.
