I know I have to say Ive stopped looking on a regular basis and stick to the main boards as never alot going on in the leicester bit.

I am an ad-hoc nanny/night nanny/babysitter and dont have any children so tend to be on the child care section of the board.

I come from a family of 8 children and remember my dad worked long hours and mum found it a struggle with all of us and no internet then either!!

where abouts in leicester are you?

girlandboy · 22/03/2009 16:17

hello

i've been trying to sort out a meet up but at the moment i think it's me and tigerchick (we're friends in real life) meeting this thursday.

Tigerschick · 22/03/2009 19:18

Hi, I'm not actually in Leicester but near enough

Here is the meet-up thread tho it's all gone a bit quiet ... like choufleur says, it's looking like it might just be us unless anyone else wants to join us ...

tigers does that suit you? say 1.30/2.00ish. will you have to rush off for the school run tomany?

Tigerschick · 22/03/2009 20:18

I was at GKG yesterday and, even tho it was busy, it wasn't uncomfortably so... can't imagine it being as full on a week-day afternoon.

What time would work?

tomanykidstoname · 22/03/2009 20:29

my dp picks the kids up from school every day cuz he doesnt get too see them in the morning
