Awful for you and DH. Haven't you got any close friends nearby? if anything happens like that again,it would be nice to know someone could take you to CGH,or have DS for you,whilst DH drove you.

At least now they have a totally seperate area for children whilst you are waiting,where they can play or sleep.

Lucyfer and I had plans today but I have to cancel - DH took the morning off to get me to the opticians, oh its a long story! I had 2 opticians appointments and had to cancel one I cancelled the one the wrong time of day to keep my date with Lucy. But I cant find her phone number!! Have sent emails but I'm worried she wont get them.

We've had problems like this before.

We should try and get a "Contact" sheet drawn up at our meet-ups,with phone numbers etc. and then copy it maybe?

I remember doing this when DS started school with his classmates.It proved invaluble over the years.
