Hi, I joined Mumsnet ages ago but have been so busy that I've yet to work out how to use it all properly...(help would be greatfully recieved )
I wanted to come on and warn people about a company I tried using for my little boys 2nd birthday party at the weekend. They're called Casa Castles. I ordered a bouncy castle from them to be set up in the community center down the road from our house for my son and his little friends to play on.
I was organised this year so I had it all sorted and a booking confirmation e-mail sorted over a month in advance of the party. Only when the day came last Saturday they never turned up!! We rang them and were promised a call back but no-one ever rang. The day was only saved bacuse a friend knew where he could get another castle instantly but it would have been a very boring party otherwise!!
Just wanted to warn everyone else so that other Mumsnetters aren't let down by this rubbish company
Don't use Casa Castles!!!
