Adventureland next week?

Hi was just wondering if anyone would like to join me at adventureland next week? I'd love to meet some new people so if anyone fancies it? Maybe on Wednesday or Friday morning?

It was nice meeting you (Pooter & Snippety) yesterday, you aren't scary at all! Although i was nervous and nearly chickened out! The kids and i had a great time.

Can't make it I'm afraid as DD is in nursery on Weds morning, plus it's DHs birthday & I'm going to be running round like a whirlwind getting everything ready for his suprise family meal (hope he doesn't read this PMSL!)

Hiya,

I will have an orange and greay Maclaren buggy. I have sort of short coppery brown hair and will have DD with me who will probably be crawling around licking people's pram wheels

There is a pic of me on my profile but I'm all dressed up so don't expect too much next week. Just click on my name if you want a peep...

I'll get there for 10 and rearrange the furniture to accomadate us all...

i will be there - my DS is 2 and has a short haircut with a long curly quiff!! (i maintain it looks cute!) no buggy, but messy curly brown hair and probably dressed in brown. Snippety is easy to spot, but i will leave it up to her to give clues!

I'm definately not going to be able to make it. DS still has a bad tummy (he's had diareah for a week now) and we won't get the test results until wednesday afternoon so I don't want him passing anything on to any of the DC's.

Hey, just thought i would get some opinions... i have a cold i would still like to come and meet you guys as i have been looking forward to it and could really do with something fun (had one hell of a weekend/start to the week), am i still wellcome even though i have a cold? Id understand if not.

IMO (and I'm not even able to make it this time)If you don't go,that doesn't stop the DC's having colds or the other parents.

The easiest source of transmission will be chid-to-child.As an Adult you take measures not to pass it on.

I'd go if I were you,IMO if anyone is that worried about catching a cold,then a Soft play area is the last place you'd go.Those that go,take the risk that someone (particularly at this time of year) could be brewing Chicken Pox or anything.

Its the risk you take.....

Ok thank you! good point Sawyer! I'll be there, thankfully the kids haven't had it yet, i look abit like Rudolph at the moment (red nose)! Gosh im making a really good first impression
