Cosmetic dentistry question - reccomendations!

Can anybody please reccomend a good dentist who might combine NHS dentistry and Private cosmetic work in the Hampton Court / Molesey or Thames Ditton / Esher areas?

Pref looking for reccomendations from people with first hand experience as have wanted this work done for years.... now have the money so want to make sure I choose a Fab dentist!

not much good to you but Kew Dentist on North Road are really excellent and right next to the tube. But they won't do any NHS work.
