Hypnobirthing, £295 Aditi course/ free course at St John

I did a hypnobirthing course with both my daughters and can't recommend it enough. My youngest daughter was born 10 weeks ago after a 3 hour labour and only gas and air. The first with no pain relief at all..only a couple of paracetamol! As well as Aditi there are a couple of other practitioners in Edinburgh.

Is this course free to everyone or only if you have a had a child before, I am 17 weeks pregnant with my first and would be very interested in taking a course like this?
