Tuesday or Thursday night salsa

I have decided that I am going...even if its alone...but I would still prefer a friend to come along.

Anyway, I am going to go to the classes put on my salsa essex either on a Tuesday in Kelvedon or a Thursday at Marks Tey. I like the look of the Tuesday night class, but Marks Tey is SO convenient for me, I might try that one first.

They have a beginners group.

Any takers...or am I going alone?

It looks great but DP isn't home until 7.30 so it will be very tight timewise so I will probably have to give it a miss.

Not sure you could do it anyway Saz...wouldn't something come between you and your dancing partner?

Same here I'm afraid, with DHs shifts & what not evenings are usually out the window!

Hope you have a fab time though, sounds like good fun!

ah, a thought - im ill , but i really want to go. i just got a bit carried away with excitement!! its only a cold, but im having problems breathing - so perhaps next week would be better?

I had given up on you lot.

A friend is coming with me tomorrow evening. I'll see how she likes it. She cannot do Tuesdays, but I'd happily go along twice a week. The classes look quite different.

Lucyfer...aren't you do another dance class, or have you given it up?

so did you go Mung? What was it like? Are you planning on going to the Tuesday one this week?

lucyfer, i could give you a lift to the Tues night one - when you can start going. (what time does it start by the way - if its 7 it will be a rush, but possibly doable - if earlier i cant make it as DH will still be on the train.)

I went on Thursday and loved it. I will definitely keep going to the Thursday night class, but I'd happily try out the Tuesday night class too if you fancy it this week.

I can't check the link, but I think it starts at 7.30.

okey dokey - im too much of a wus to go on my own

im already going out on thursday to a biology department gossip meetup, so to go out twice in one week would have been too much for me anyway!

that would be brill - i am probably going to be starting a breastfeeding supporters course (had an interview for it yesterday - it went well, so i am hopeful) which will be on thursdays, but probably not next week.

so - in a very waffly way, YES please! but i cant if the course starts then. Can i let you know as soon as i know?

hi! i have JUST received the email about the breastfeeding course, and it starts next thurs, so i can come!!

would you like me to pick you/your friend up?
its 8-9 isn't it - unless you go to the expert classes!

now i just have to tell DH that im going out twice in a fortnight

I stay a little bit longer, so I will drive myself down there. I'll ask my friend if she wants a lift, but if you dont hear from me then I'll see you there at 8pm.

well, im not going now - DH has requested that we go for a meal together to Gastro thingy, and i just can't pass that opportunity up!!

perhaps my salsa days are over

I love the class, but I'd find it hard to turn down a meal out!
