Nice hotel or self cater for DH, DD, & I?

Dyin to get away for a night or two, will have to bring DD 8months with us, anyone know anywhere nice in scotland. Self catering would prob be best so we can chill when DD goes to bed?

Can you narrow it down a bit? Scotland is pretty big!! I am guessing that you mean in the Edinburgh area?
