We have done rucksack music but I'm looking for something a little more learning -based, and with slightly older kids - without being pushy! anyone know of anything good? thanks!

I have just started a group in Stoke Newington on tuesday mornings.

The age group is mixed but the class is small and I aim to push the older children to achieve more than the babies and take the first steps in recognising musical concepts.

Classes are £6 per child/ £10 for two siblings and take place at Lemon Monkey cafe on Stoke Newington High Street at 9.30am.

Please feel free to come along!

Sparky songs is brilliant! Richard who runs it is amazing and really engages children of all ages. He's in N16 on Mondays, I think, and pretty local on other days - Highbury roundhouse. Has own webpage. Definitely worth a try.
