24 weeks pregnant and stomach aches

Hi Guys

Pretty new to mums net so forgive no acronyms yet. I'm 24 weeks pregnant with my second child and been having stomach aches for a couple of days over the past week. I'm feeling great no other symptoms and have put it down to a growing bump (cant believe how big I am already!) Also think might be pressure on scar tissue from previous birth as don't remember feeling this last time.
Am I fretting over nothing?

I'm sure everything's fine but you're obviously a bit worried. Why not try and get a doctors or midwifes appointment for early next week. I can remember lots of aches and pains from my last pregnancy, a lot more than my other two. I put it down to muscles being a lot looser and getting bigger much quicker and also not having as much time to just rest and put my feet up.

If it gets worse try NHS direct or give Farnborough a call.
